Ahh engagements and weddings, such special moments to capture! First things first, when you first reach out I will schedule a meeting to meet both you and your partner at a local coffee shop to get to know you on a more personal level, hear all about how you met your person, and to see if were a good fit. With every wedding package I require engagement sessions. I believe engagement sessions are the best way for all of us to get to know each other better and for you to get more comfortable in front of the camera before the big day. I also photograph proposals; if you are interested in a proposal session where I am present and most likely hidden during the proposal to take photos please contact me for pricing and availability. Then there's the wedding, what better way to celebrate your love than a big day that's all about you and your partner. There is a magic in seeing the love of two people come together in celebration with friends and family, and those are the moments I am honored to capture--the start of your story together.
Depending on the package you choose I will either be with you to capture the entire day from getting ready all the way to the reception or from right before the ceremony up until the beginning of the reception. Though, regardless of the time I am there my goal is to document this day for you so you can look back and see where it all started and cherish those moments you never want to forget. When it comes to this day, I want it to be stress free and for you to get the most out of your day so if there is anything specific you would like to see in your photos, please let me know so we can talk about it!
The wedding photos you see below are from a shoot I did under the amazing Bethany McNeil Photography of such a sweet couple, Corrin and Seth as a third photographer where Bethany was the primary photographer and I was there to shadow Bethany and practice photographing a wedding. These were some of my favorite photos of the day; all of these shots where posed by Bethany that I took at different angles to get a feel for how photographing a wedding goes from start to finish.
I also do couple/engagement sessions outside of my wedding packages because I believe in couples celebrating their love on random days outside of their wedding day. The photos you see towards the bottom are both couple and engagement sessions and a couple of my favorites of me and my other half, as we love to have date nights and then go out and set up my camera and tripod (which most times involves me running back and forth) and take some photos, even though it can be hectic at times--we always love the results!
